  I am not totally in favour of this product. When used for one night only, it left a distinctive valley down the middle. The only way to fix this was to completely remake the bed. It meant stripping the bed, taking off the four straps and giving the Topper a good shake to re-distributate the feathers and then remaking the bed.Not a very time saving exercise.

  The feathers move across and bunch up in the middle of the mattress leaving the area being slept on with little comfort. The topper has to be taken off and shaken every couple of nights. Have purchased a memory foam topper to replace. Not happy at all.

  Was not impressed with this product at all, as soon as you lay on it, it squished down to nothing, it did not stay light and fluffy like the picture shows it to be, it made no difference to my hard mattress which is why I purchased it, to make the mattress softer.   Very comfortable to start with but the feathers have a very sharp point (the quill) and work their way through three layers of covering (four including nightgowns) and are very hard to remove. Not a good night sleep.

  I tried to persevere with this but after 6 months ended in the ship bin! Feathers just kept coming through, even with protectors on top. Definitely do not recommend. It’s like sleeping on 1000 tiny needles. It’s a shame, it would’ve have been perfect if it wasn’t for that.

  Oh dear! Another disappointment. My mattress was more comfortable without this. There should be a warning that it doesn’t really fit a thick mattress. I struggled to get the elastic under the mattress, and have broken my fingernails in the process. I like to strip my bed each morning. Can’t do that with this topper. It’s just too difficult to put it on again. I’ve put it on a spare bed where there’s a ridge the elastic it can attach to. But it makes the whole bed so high that it really needs a larger size quilt to look good. And since that mattress too is more comfortable without the topper, I intend removing it. Thinking of offering it on Gumtree. Maybe it would improve a bad mattress!
